Important Updates
OWNER ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS:
- Will our annual maintenance fee increase because of the change to Trading Places International as our management company?
No, the budget for 2006-2007 will remain the same. There are no increases in fees due to changing managing agents. In fact, it will cost the association less than what was being paid to VRI, so the association can put more money aside in the reserve fund.
- Where do I send my payment for maintenance fees?
Effective immediately all maintenance fee payments need to be sent to Trading Places International, 23807 Aliso Creek Road, Suite 100, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677 . Please note which department you need to address your questions or requests to such as: Reservations, Exchange, Assessment Payment, Management, etc.
- Has TPI received all of my maintenance fee account records from ORE/VRI?
There has been some confusion regarding the maintenance fee records and payments. In November 2006 the records for Park City were transferred to the VRI California office. We are learning that a lot of owners were not informed and did not receive invoices during this transition. Payments were being sent to both VRI Salt Lake and VRI California . We are working diligently to get the discrepancies resolved and appreciate your cooperation. To help in this reconciliation please send all payments Trading Places at 23807 Aliso Creek Road, Suite 100, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677 .
- If I have questions concerning my assessment and payments whom do I call?
Please call Alicia Garcia at her direct line (949) 643-7645 or our toll-free number, (866) 218-2795, extension 7645. If Alicia is not available, another agent can assist you.
EXCHANGES
- ORE/VRI provided us with the opportunity to make exchanges into their other managed resorts. Does TPI provide this service?
TPI is providing all association owners with a similar opportunity, with membership in the exclusive Premier Access Exchange program.
- Will I be able to continue to make exchanges with the ORE/VRI managed resorts?
Both the Park City Board of Directors and TPI are aware of this desire for some owners and have presented this option to VRI and the VRI*ety exchange. They would like to see every exchange opportunity available to you.
- What happens to my existing 2007 exchange reservation at an ORE/VRI resort now that they do not manage my association any more?
All of your exchanges have been confirmed by ORE/VRI and they will be honored. So, if you have a reservation at one of the other ORE/VRI managed resorts for 2007 or 2008, you should plan on enjoying that vacation. You should contact VRI at 800-748-4666.
- What happens to any weeks I have banked with ORE/VRI now that they no longer manage my association?
Any banked weeks that are unscheduled with ORE/VRI will be honored by them. They are anxious to assist you with your reservation when you are ready to complete it. Just call them at the same number you have been calling over the years (800) 748-4666.
